Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This policy describes what information thehealingrose.life (the "Site") collects and how it is used. The short version: the Site collects almost nothing, and nothing is ever sold or shared for marketing.

1. What we collect

The Site has no user accounts, no forms, and sets no cookies. If you email Rose to book a session or ask a question, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name and email address — and use it only to reply and deliver the service you requested.

2. Payments

Payments are made directly through third-party services you choose — Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details; those services handle your payment information under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

3. Scheduling

When online booking is available, appointments are scheduled through Cal.com, which collects your name, email, and chosen time under its own privacy policy. Sessions are held over Zoom; Zoom's privacy policy applies to the call itself. Sessions are not recorded unless you request it.

4. Analytics

If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-respecting, cookieless service that reports aggregate visit counts only. It does not track you across sites, does not store personal information, and does not use cookies or persistent identifiers.

5. What we never do

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes. We do not run advertising and we do not use tracking pixels.

6. Links to other services

The Site links to outside services such as YouTube, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Once you leave the Site, those services' own privacy policies apply.

7. Children

The Site and its services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. See also our Terms of Service.
