These Terms govern your access to and use of thehealingrose.life (the "Site") and the sessions, courses, activations, and other offerings made available through it (the "Services"). By using the Site or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase the Services. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase or participate in any Service. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Services
Services include 1:1 sessions held over Zoom, short activations, and pre-recorded video courses. Service descriptions, pricing, and duration are listed on each individual product page and may change at any time. Purchase prices are honored for the version listed at the time of purchase.
4. Payment
Payments are made directly through third-party services — Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal — using the handles listed on each booking page. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Please include the requested note with your payment so it can be matched to your booking.
5. Booking & cancellation
After purchasing a session or activation you will be directed to book a time slot. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at Rose's discretion. No-shows are non-refundable.
6. Courses
The video journeys are offered free of charge on this Site. The videos remain the property of The Healing Rose; you're welcome to watch them and share the page, but please don't re-upload, re-sell, or redistribute them as your own.

8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, videos, the rose-and-wings emblem, and other creative work — is owned by The Healing Rose or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only.
9. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to deliver the Services — typically your name and email. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, and the Site sets no cookies. See the Privacy Policy for details.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Healing Rose, Rose, and any affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or Services. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service.
